The Korean giant Samsung has listed another smartphone to it's newly introduced "Galaxy M Series".After launching Galaxy M10, Galaxy M20 and Galaxy M30,the company finally unveiled Galaxy M40 at an launch event which was held in New Delhi.The device was launched with all-new premium features,looks and furthermore carries an agressive price tag.The smartphone comes in Seawater blue and Midnight Blue color variants and the company confirmed it's availabity from 18th June on Amazon exclusively and Smasungs official online stores.Though the smartphone comes with polycarbonate body built but the added glossy finish with curved edges and gradient finish gives it a premium look.While the device has not got Andriod Q update but it still supports Dark Mode feature.
The Galaxy M40 is featuring a 6.3-inch FHD+ Infinity-O display with a 1080 x 2340 pixels screen resolution, an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 and 91% screen-to-body ratio.For enhancing the screen protection the company offers Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.Galaxy M40 offers it's users a smooth and streaming HD video content quality on Netflix and Amazon by coming with a Wideline L1 certification.The device runs on Andriod v9.0 Pie with latest UI Skin on top out of the box.The Galaxy M40 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 612 processor and has got Adreno 612 GPU and Kryo 460 CPU. Coming to the Imaging department, the device comes with 32-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.7 aperture, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle secondary sensor with f/2.2 aperture and an 5-megapixel depth teritary sensor with f/2.2 aprture.On the front the device houses a 16-megapixel in-display selfie shooter with f/2.0 aperture with Face Unlock Recognition feature.
Connectivity options inculde dual 4G VoLTE,Wi-Fi, GPS/A-GPS, and but lacks the 3.5mm headphone jack.The Galaxy M40 packs a 3500mAh non-removable battery with 15W fast charging support.The device comes with a rearmounted fingerprint scanner on its rear back pannel.The Galaxy M40 comes with 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of internal storage variant and has got MicroSD card slot for expanding further its inbuilt storage.The device carries a price tag of INR 19,990 for 6GB + 128GB storage Variant.Lets see what you think about Galaxy M40.Comment down your views below.
